Comfort Club Basic
This is the most basic plan. This is for those of you who want the peace of mind of
semi-annual maintenance at the most economical price.
Plan Includes:
Two maintenance visits per year, one in the spring and one in the fall. During these visits, we will:
- Check refrigerant (Freon) level.
- Check electrical voltage, amperage, and tighten connections.
- Oil motors as necessary.
- Check run capacitors.
- Check contactor(s).
- Check airflow throughout the home.
- Verify correct thermostat operation/calibration.
- Clear drain lines once per year.
Membership dues are $13 per month for one system, $8 per month for each additional system.

Comfort Club Advantage
The plan that started it all! This is for those of you who like to have semi-annual
maintenance performed on your system but would prefer to replace your own filters
in between check ups. Plan includes everything in the Comfort
Club Basic, plus:
- Clean condenser coil once per year.
- Replace run capacitors as necessary.
- Replace contactor(s) as necessary.
- Install new 1”-pleated filter(s).
Membership dues are $18 per month for one system, $9 per month for each additional system.

Comfort Club Premium
This is for those of you who don’t want to have to think about changing your filter
in between your semi-annual visits.
Comfort Club Premium includes:
- All the benefits of the Comfort Club Advantage Plan.
- Two additional “Filter Change Only” visits – Each one 3 months after your semi- annual inspection
Membership dues are $24 per month for one system, $12 per month for each additional system.
